Diagnostic, inspection, teardown, towing, storage, and special-order fees may apply and may be due even if you decline recommended repairs, unless prohibited by law or otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment is due when services are completed and before the vehicle is released, unless AMBER FALCON LLC agrees to different written terms. We may accept cash, card, electronic payment, or other payment methods we make available.

When you pay by card, payment details are processed by Stripe or another PCI-compliant processor. We do not store full card numbers on our website servers. You authorize us and our payment processor to process the approved amount, refunds, adjustments, and related payment activity.

You are responsible for any taxes, fees, chargebacks, returned-payment fees, collection costs, and reasonable costs of enforcing unpaid obligations to the extent allowed by law.

Plain English: Because we provide in-person auto repair services, there is no product shipping policy. Refunds are handled under our separate refund policy, and cancellation rules depend on timing, parts, and work already performed.

AMBER FALCON LLC performs services in person at our shop. We do not currently ship consumer products through this website. Parts installed in a vehicle are part of the authorized repair service, not a separate online retail shipment.

Refund, cancellation, return, deposit, and service-resolution terms are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. If these Terms and that policy conflict, the more specific refund or cancellation language controls for that issue.

Plain English: Please remove valuables, make sure you are allowed to authorize work, and pick up your vehicle promptly after completion.

You are responsible for removing personal items and valuables from the vehicle before service. AMBER FALCON LLC is not responsible for loss of personal property left in a vehicle except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

You represent that you own the vehicle or are authorized by the owner to request diagnostics, authorize repairs, approve charges, and pick up the vehicle. You agree to disclose known hazards, prior repair attempts, modifications, intermittent symptoms, warning lights, leaks, electrical issues, or safety concerns.

Vehicles should be picked up promptly after completion or after notice that work has stopped. Storage fees may apply after reasonable notice where allowed by law.

Plain English: If we provide a written warranty for a repair, that written warranty controls. Normal wear, unrelated failures, declined recommendations, misuse, and outside repairs are not covered.

Any warranty for parts or labor will be stated on the applicable estimate, invoice, or written warranty document. Warranty coverage may vary by service, part type, manufacturer warranty, vehicle condition, usage, and other factors.

Warranty coverage does not apply to unrelated problems, pre-existing conditions, customer-supplied parts unless we expressly agree in writing, normal wear, abuse, neglect, accidents, racing or commercial misuse, modifications, fluids or maintenance not recommended for the vehicle, or repairs altered by another shop or person.

To request warranty review, contact us promptly and give us a reasonable opportunity to inspect the vehicle before additional repairs are performed elsewhere.
