AMBER FALCON LLC uses necessary first-party storage to remember your consent choice and anonymous consent ID. Our hosting platform and security tools may also use essential logs or similar technologies needed to operate, deliver, troubleshoot, and secure the website.

The CMP applies region-aware defaults. Visitors in opt-in regions are asked for consent before optional categories are enabled. In standard regions, optional categories may be allowed by default where legally appropriate, but Marketing is turned off when Global Privacy Control is detected.

No optional advertising, analytics, chat, review, or social-proof script is hardcoded into the site HTML. Optional vendors load only through the consent system when configured and allowed.

The public website uses system fonts and does not need a third-party font request to render text. Optional analytics or advertising vendors, if configured later, are controlled by the CMP and category state.

Payment flows, when enabled, may involve Stripe-hosted pages, scripts, cookies, device data, or fraud-prevention signals governed by Stripe's own policies. We do not control third-party cookies after you leave our website or interact with another provider's hosted service.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block cookies, delete existing cookies, or receive notices before cookies are stored. Blocking essential cookies may cause parts of a website or payment flow to work incorrectly.

You can also use our first-party preference center at any time. Cookie Settings opens the category controls. Your Privacy Choices opens the Marketing category and opt-out controls for sale, sharing, targeted advertising, ad pixels, review widgets, and Google ad signals.

Some browsers send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. The site honors Global Privacy Control by forcing Marketing off for this browser, denying Google ad signals, and suppressing ad pixels, targeted advertising, conversion events, review widgets, and similar marketing tools when applicable.

Do Not Track is not a standardized legal signal, but we treat GPC as an opt-out signal for sale, sharing, and targeted advertising where applicable.

When you make or update a consent choice, the site may create a server-side consent record containing an anonymous consent ID, category settings, Google consent signals, policy version, CMP version, region snapshot, GPC status, timestamp, and hashed user-agent information. We do not intentionally store raw IP addresses or raw user-agent strings in the consent log.

Consent records help us honor your browser choice, troubleshoot privacy controls, and demonstrate compliance.

We may update this Cookie Policy if we add, remove, or change cookies, analytics, payment tools, marketing technologies, preference controls, legal requirements, or vendor classifications.
